Garima Kalra, Founder, Registered Physiotherapist (BPT, MS, DPT)
With over 13+ years of experience under her belt as a practicing Physiotherapist in the United States, she brings a plethora of knowledge and a caring demeanor to her clients. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from India and then did her Master’s in Kinesiology with Biomechanics as her major from the US. She also did Doctors in Physical Therapy from the US. She provides a detailed initial assessment to every patient and provides an evidence-based individualized treatment plan that is best suited for them. She has always believed that a body has an innate ability to heal itself given the chance and the avenues for recovery to take place. She is blessed with a sense of compassion and commitment toward her patients. She likes championing the cause of non-invasive therapy and minimalistic drug therapy. Facilitating natural limb mobility and complete physical well-being is what she considers a very fulfilling aspect of her profession. She has immense experience in treating various post-surgical orthopedic conditions, Musculoskeletal conditions and neurological conditions
After working for 10 years in the USA and receiving multiple 5-star reviews from her patients she is eager to bring her skills, knowledge, and personality to the beautiful town of Oakville in Canada. In her spare time, she loves hiking, running, and going on long walks with her husband and her daughter.

Annet Abraham, Registered Physiotherapist (BPT)
Meet Annet Abraham, an internationally trained physiotherapist with a passion for holistic healing and patient care. Annet holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from NITTE University, India.
Annet specializes in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and post-operative care. She is committed to providing personalized and evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient. Her approach focuses on restoring function, reducing pain, and enhancing overall quality of life through a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
When Annet isn’t helping clients regain their strength and mobility, she can be found tending to her flourishing garden. She finds peace and inspiration in nurturing plants, often drawing parallels between gardening and healing—both require patience, dedication, and a touch of love. A proud cat lover, Annet shares her home with 2 cats, who provide comfort and joy after a long day at work. Whether it’s a cozy evening at home or a spontaneous long drive through scenic landscapes, she values the moments that recharge the soul.
With a commitment to lifelong learning and a heart for helping others, Annet is not just a physiotherapist but a nurturing presence in the lives of those she encounters.

Deborah Prabhu, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Deb Prabhu, RMT is passionate about helping people. She pursued a career in medicine, became a physician in India, and worked in various hospitals and medical facilities, including at a cancer treatment center. While she was working in cancer treatment, her interest in alternative therapies for pain management led her to pursue a career in massage therapy.
She is proficient in:

She also helps in managing TMJ disorders like clenching teeth, teeth grinding, clicking of the jaw, and cervicogenic headaches.
Deborah can also help with post-natal massage, Diastasis Rectii. Massage therapy can be done as early as 6 weeks post-pregnancy. Pregnant women can be treated side-lying or in a variety of positions supported by pillowing techniques.
Deb is goal-driven and strives to deliver the highest quality of care to each of her client’s unique needs. With her main focus being pain management, she is eager to continue further education and training in this field.
When not immersed in work or study, Deb is very outdoorsy and enjoys hiking.

Ken Weinberg, Chiropodist/Foot Specialist (D.Ch.)
Ken Weinberg has been a Chiropodist since 1984. He specializes in Foot and Ankle disorders. He also does gait analysis and biomechanical exams to determine if the feet may be related to knee, hip, or lower back pain. He treats many of these conditions through orthotic devices. He only does a plaster cast in a non-weight bearing position to set the bones in the feer so they align properly with the rest of the body during a person’s gait cycle.
Most insurance companies cover the cost of orthotics when prescribed by a Chiropodist/Foot Specialist.

Nisrine Iguermia,, Acupuncturist (R. Ac)
Nisrine is a graduate of Acupuncture from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. As an acupuncturist, she’s adept at cupping and Acupuncture.
She became an acupuncturist after recovering from stage 3 breast cancer 7 years ago. The many treatments and surgeries left her with a lot of pain, and side effects. She got her health back using acupuncture and became such a firm believer in its benefits, that she decided to focus completely on acupuncture to help herself, her family, and others in the community.In addition to her degree, Nisrine has trained in many acupuncture styles, and had the chance to learn from the most famous acupuncture masters, which helped her to develop a unique approach to treat different conditions.
Many times you will see Nisrine inserting a few needles in the ankle, while the patient concern is frozen shoulder for example. Or you will see her needle near the elbow for knee pain. Nisrine believes in non-aggressive acupuncture, she can obtain better results with better stimulation with less needles with minimum discomfort. For the last 2 years, Nisrine has helped lots of people in the GTA with many conditions such as:
